Just depends on what you want. I put in an MSD 6 box, distributor, and wires and am impressed enough that I will never ever go back to stock HEI. On the other hand my distributor had crapped out so I had to have a new one.
To me there was a significant difference in the way my 350 ran after installation. You will get some improvement but wether it's worth the price is an individual opinion.
