IHI Turbo?

I've got a lead on a turbo- Here's the specs
IHI Turbo, RHC9B, internal waste gate
3" air intake
2" turbo outlet side
4" exhaust outlet
5.5" rectangular exhaust inlet.

Im having trouble finding anything that fits this discription completely. This sucker must put out some mondo boost, being a 4" exhaust side. Im having a difficult time trying to find anyone who will be able to make this sucker work! Thing is, its for 100 bucks, new... so its hard to pass up.

Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like a T4 exhaust housing, which may be a little big for anything less than a full 300hp buildup (~80-85 cu mm of fuel). Tough to call for sure without knowing the trim of the wheel. Front side sounds like a Garrett 60-1. Compressor side may be anywhere from .50 a/r to .70.
