I\'m Back and It\'s spewing oil

I'm back from a too long of a trip to unknown regions, any how, the Blazer is spewing oil out of the fuel pump. Not just a little, a lot. The whole right front of the engine compartment and the axle has a new oil sheen on it and the oil burning smell off the header was what got my attention. My wife didn't drive it (cant climb into it) while I was gone. This pump was only two years old. I was wondering if anyone has tried or recommends any of the electric fuel pumps and what do you do with the vent and return lines? I guess I can run one of the lines to the emissions can and cap the other.

I'd still stay with the mechanical one, just buy a high quality one, even a dealership unit is probably reasonable. Much easier than plumbing in an electric one. JMHO
