Hey guys...some of you might remember me and my dad from Azkickin Offroad. Well I'm back with a 77 K10 and I am looking for any pictures or diagrams you might have of neutral/back up light switches. Any info is appreciated:thumb:

welcome back, we need some pics of the ride though :)

If it's an auto, the switch is on the column near the firewall. It runs off the shifter and needs two wires going to and from it, it also needs adjustment to make sure it comes on at the right time. The piece is white and wraps around the top of the column

sorry, no diagrams

I'll post pics tomarrow, I know where the switch is supposed to be but do you by chance know what wire goes where? The last owner completley removed the wiring harness.

I want to say it switches (power) to the reverse lights. All those lights are grounded back at the tail lights. I put a new complete wiring harness in the truck, so I can only say my wires are white, going and coming from that switch.

You could probably find the fuse for the tail lights and tap into that, run the wire into the switch and another wire from that switch to the reverse lights.

Sorry, I don't remember what the color wires are for the neutral switch. I'm about 99.99% sure I'm not running them. (It's been a while since I re-wired the truck and it's raining outside)
