im done witht he door handles!

ok i have been off and on trying to get the door handles back on my truck. i lost one of the clips and i have no idea how to get the clip back on there except with a twist pair of 2 foot long pliars and i dont think they exist. well where could i take my truck to have the new door handles put on. i dont know about the chevy dealership. where do you all think. a body shop? thanks

Take a break... come back to it in a couple hours when your frustration has leveled off and try again.

My driver side went right on. The pass side took me 3 days something about being right handed and working inside a right door just threw me for loops. The link from the button to the latch inside there was just next to impossible for a while.
Keep at it youll get it.

well since i lost the clip(i guess it fell out the drain hole on the road somewhere. where can i get another one? dealer?

should be able to order one from LMC but i doubt you find one at a dealer

I've gotten clips at my local Napa. They have all sorts of that weird stuff that you need to finsh putting a project together.
