I'm in the middle of my 14 bolt disc brake conv... what's this?

Well not just a disc brake conversion, but also a 14 bolt install.

Dumb newbie question.... One came with each caliper, what are these used for? Do they go around the inside brake pads?

Here is my progress so far. Next steps, I need to get U-bolts, brake lines and associated connectors, then its ready to bolt in.

I changed out the hub seals tonight, here is how I did it... nice and easy with a big crowbar.

Its a clip to hold the inside brake pad to the piston.

yup holds the inside pad to the piston helping it not to chatter

Its the clip that goes on the back of the brake shoe to snape it in the caliper, helps hold it in place
