I\'m so excited

Just needed to vent. I pick up my Dana 60 on Sat. On Sunday I pick up my 10 bolt and 14FF. I know 3 rears, well here is the deal, I was supposed to pick up the 10 and the 14 a few weeks ago but had to delay the trip, and on Tuesday I found 3 Dana 60's for sale for $850 each. Well I just had to have one so I pick it up on Sat. The other 2 are still for sale. They are 4:56 geared and the should have a Detroit True Track in them but not sure. My ? is this, which one should I regear the dana 60 or the 14FF. The 60 has 4:56 and the 14FF has 4:10. I am leaning toward the 4:56's because I have an 89 with overdrive. Also I plan on 35inch tires for now.

Re: I\'m so excited

You're gonna hate yourself later if you go for the 4.10's. I've done 4.56 and 35's before without an overdrive and I could still drive on the highway OK.

Re: I\'m so excited

Man, do I know the feeling! Nothing like D60's and 14BFF to get a CK5'r high!!!!!!!! Go with the 4.56's, especially since you have an overdrive and you'll be much happier running the 35's.
