I think id rather have the heavy chevy /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif, has that got the 216 blueflame 6 and the column shift 3 speed? Those are good working engines and the tranny can shift smooth as glass.

It's a 4 door so I'll keep it stock and just drive it on Sundays...About the only thing I'll do is some light body work and paint it.... /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Cool, ill have to find some pics of my buddies '50 fleetline torpedo back. Its a real good driver, almost a show car but should have some blow ins on the paint. Its got the sunvisor, spotlight, fender skirts, and the prism in the winsheild to see the roadsigns and stoplights /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif He had the motor tranny and rearend profesionally rebuilt and its really nice looking. The old 216 works great.
