I had a rust spot I was taking care of, it was on the door seal area and the metal was rotting away, It didnt go all the way thru, so I cleaned up the metal and was left with a crater that need to be filled in. I didnt have access to a welder, so I tried the next best thing.

I picked up some quicksteel and prepped area, cleaned the metal and used naval jelly to take care of rust, after the area was all ready, I used the puddy to fill in the gap and let it do its magic. I checked it a day later and it was as solid as the rest of the metal. Stuff was super easy to use and no mess at all. I dont know the longevity of this stuff, so we shall see. but seems to work.

Good to know never used it but bought some a while back and never got around to it. Thanks for post up results. Any pictures by chance?

I've sold quite a bit of it at the parts store, and everyone I've sold it to has no issues with it.

I repaired a chip on the corner of the tail housing of my TH350 with it about 8 years ago. I drilled it, tapped it and put a helicoil in the remaining aluminum. It lasted till last year before it needed to be repaired again. I am definitely impressed with it!
