improper alignment? maybe?

ive installed a 4" lift w/ drop steering arm. now my steering wheel is upside down. from wheels straight forward to left lock is 2 1/4 turns. from wheels straight to right lock is 1 1/4 turns. i had an alignment done. should the alignment have corrected this? constructive comments greatly appreciated.thanks.

you can adjust the wheel byt the drag link. they should have done it when you had the alignment done.
