I figured I'd check around and see what everybody had done. I am just about to finish up plumbing on a disc swap on a 14FF and wanted to know what people were running from the hard line to the calipers.

Here's what I am committed to:
Front calipers from a 73-87 chevy

And I would really like to use a 3/16 hard line from the Tee. This also means that the soft line would be around 10-14" and be a 3/8-24 on one end and a banjo on the other. But if there is any compelling reason I should reconsider I definitely will.

So please any suggestions with costs are much appreciated and part numbers would make you a God-send.

Thanks

Great thread!

I have the bolts and hose part numbers listed in that thread. They will work great for you.

1) Go to the brake hose page at Summit (http://www.summitracing.com/search/Part-Type/Brake-Hoses-Individual/).

2) Scroll down and click "Hose End 1" on the left side of the page to expand that selection box.

3) Click on either "-3 AN" or "3/8" (-3 AN is 3/8"-24). You might get different options depending which one you click so try both.

4) Click on the "10mm or 3/8 banjo" option under "Hose End 2"

5) Choose a length. Prices start at $15 per hose depending on length.
