Our latest addition to the product lineup! This kit replaces the factory cast adapter and allows you to clock your tcase in ANY orientation desired. Recoup some coin by selling your old adapter. :pimp: Full spline engagement is maintained, unlike clocking plates that bolt between the factory adapter and t-case. Simply weld the components together in the orientation preferred. Hardware is included. Additionally, a mounting plate is included for you to use when building your cross member (We typically would use tubing with bushings mounted at the chassis but that's up to you). Shown below is a TH-400 to figure 8 205. Accepts factory seals and gaskets(Which ARE provided for TH350/TH400 figure 8 setups). We can produce all of the popular GM combos. Custom/non GM configurations are possible with some additional input. Install a transfer case on your 2wd transmission by just removing the tail shaft! Contact us with any questions or needs. We can help you work through any shift linkage if needed as well. The adapter shown below is $295 shipped to your door. Contact us for alternate configurations and pricing.
Thanks,
Mike

How much for adapter kit for 2003 2wd 4l60e----to figure 8 205 pass drop t-case?

Might be making my truck a 4x4! SAS swap here we come!

This is a great idea for a product. What would the price of a 2wd 83 700r4 to np208/np241 be? just for thought....

what about custom/hybrid configurations?

reason I ask is because I have an sm465/np208 combo and would like to use a 32 spline np205 with the long shaft sm465. so I would need an adapter to mate an sm465 to an np205 that is as long as the sm465/np208 adapter.

I assume it would be as simple as making an sm465/np205 adapter with a longer tube. I would be very interseted in something like this in the future.

and props for a great product idea.

50% of the adapters we make are Hybrid setups!

If the splines mate up, we can make an adapter. The devil is in the details. Which 32 spline input are you using(IE long or short). Is your 205 a round bolt pattern or figure 8. Regardless we can come up with an adapter with some minor thought. We recently built a similar setup (SM465) to a Ford 205. Give us a shout when you want to move forward.
Thanks,
Mike

Here's a 10 spline setup.

Sweet, and thanks. I will definately be getting back with you in a couple months about this.

I'm looking to remove the tail shaft on a 2speed power glide and attatch a dodge round patten 205 to it? Can you help me out with that? My buggy would appreciate the upgrade lol
