Full accutemp gauge cluster
Full roll cage custom build by appalachian offroad Inc in westminster MD
aluminum 350 conversion radiator
dual nissan 10 inch electric fans
LED rock lights from Roundeye

Moved the fire wall back about 6 inch's to make room for the stock 350 motor, then cut the floor out behind the seats to allow the cab to sit down around the frame. Welded in a piece of plate and then built a cage for the fuel cell to sit on. here are some pics of what was done and how it sits now.

Removed the dash to allow room for the cage to be snug agasint the firewall. We used Jeep spring plates as the cage base, then we sandwiched the chasi between the frame mounts and cage mounts.

This is the front cab mount, pretty simple.

The rear cab mounts

The gauge cluster we made using accutemp guages. i have oil temp, trans temp, water temp, tach, voltage and oil pressure

you can see here how the firewall sits back, this allows the motor to fit while centering the wheel wells.

this is my crappy hydro steer. this works, but its not a great setup. This is a howell orbital, with a tractor supply ram running off of a stock gm pump. Im using an inline trans cooler to cool this puppy as well. the ram is a 8 inch stroke with a 2 1/2inch bore.

Full cage with a halo, looks great and works well. Once the body is trashed it wont take much to buggy it.

Chopped the frame front and rear. The front was angled and plate welded in to add some strength to the frame and also make a skid plate. Winch plate welded to the frame as well. its not going anywhere.

These are 39.5x18.5 boggers on H1 double bead locks. I have 3 inch spacers on here untill i get my other set recentered.

This is a tight fit. i have two nissan 10 inch fans installed, a 350 conversion aluminum radiator and 2 trans coolers all wedged in the front of the s-10's grill.

any questions, just ask. :)

how in the heck did you break the steering column. i got a s10 also but i went the other way and stuck the fullsize axles under the frame.

i broke the steering wheel with my gorilla grip. I hit the wall in the mud pit wearing nothing but a lap belt and the joint on the tilt steer was apparently allready cracked and when i went into the wheel with my fat arse it sheered off.

hey RGV7, i have a dodge too haha :P
