front Shackles on 3/4 ton burb, are they suppose to twist into a slight "s"? All 4 twist the same way just a little.

If not where can I find a basic reasonable HD set. I looked at ORD and they were $75-$95. Is this about the same anywhere?

Shackle Flip- I looked at my suspension and wanted to know if the shackle flip did anything to the front side of the rear springs or did the flip just rotate the rear shackle of the rear spring. It looked as though the front was already "FLIPPED" per say.

How easy would it be to go back and change out the rear AND Front shackles for HD ones if I install 4" Tuff Country springs front and shackle flip in rear now? It would be later this summer when more funds came in.
OR should I get what I can now and wait to do it all at once.

Finally, not to sound like a major tight wad or anything but does ORD give a CK5 member discount? I know some others do but was not sure.
Thank you,
Scroog Mc...noOb!

Is my thread locked???

I finally asked too many questions, huh?

I KNEW I would eventually screw this up.

Just kidding.

I will be patiently waiting.

Thanks

Here they are, $15 per pair

My front shackles bent exactly like your describing. All 4 front shackles were bent in the "s" and I upgraded with the diy4x shackles and offroaddesigns bushings and greaseable 1/2" bolts. Here are some pics.

I have never seen teh DIY4x ones in person. I just made my own when I moved the upper shackle mount...

That said. If you can't make them yourself you should definately get them from Kert. Cheap and bulletproof. What else could you ask for

Yes you have I run the 6" and I have a set of 4" in the garage:D. The set I have is setup for 9/16" bolts so they would not work for your application without changing some things on your rig. The factory bolt is 7/16" and ORD upgrades to a 1/2" greasable which is what I run currently.
