I would put money on the fact that little punk b!tch scumbag is going to plead down to a misdemeanor. The judge is going to take one look at him, and know that he could never make it even a few days in the State Penitentiary. I bet he did not even graduate. He probably only got one of those "Certificate of Attendance" that students, who cannot pass the state proficiency test, receive.

Ha! Good for you man. You went the extra mile and took a bad guy off the street. The Pirate Board needs some cleaning up, post this all over that board and let some of the other theives know it can happen to them.

Go to the hearing and request that the judge make an example of this guy. Presently, there isn't any agency that can handle stolen items being sold over the internet (I think that's the FBIs jurisdiction, but I think they've got more important things to do these days!) and theives know it. Post up what happens to this guy both here and anywhere else. Newpaper articles, a picture of him in his orange jumper and shiny new braclets.

Happy graduation kid! I hope he was 18.
