Injection pump

I just bought an 83 K5 with the 6.2 diesel. The first day i drove it it broke down. Had it towed to the dealership. They say that the injection pump went out. I am going to have them replace it but i was wondering if they should replace anything else while they are in there. This is going to be my daily driver to get me to work and back so I dont want to be stuck on the side of the freeway. Should i have them replace the injectors and glowplugs? I have read that the balancer on the crankshaft should be replaced if its old. I just dont want to have to pay more money later on to have it all taken apart again. I would do it myself but i dont really have the time.
