Inline 6 Exhaust

The exhaust on my 81 K10 isn't exactly as nice as the day if left the factory. I'm almost positive its original, down to the cat the size of my computer monitor. The manifold is in good shape. Just a little surface rust. I was thinking about running the exhaust from the manifold back, no cat, not sure on muffler, single pipe, rear driver exit. Basically factory run. What size pipe and what muffler? 2.25 or 2.5" pipe? I was thinking a thrush turbo for the muffler. I know its a six, but a turbo is cheap and will give it a little sound. I'm not looking for loud at all, but a little rumble never hurt. Thanks!

My buddy has a flowmaster 40 series on his 66 C10 and is sounds pretty sweet especially for a I6. I would do 2.5" single with a Turbo muffler or a Flowmaster 50 or 70 series.
