*I am going to preface this post by saying if you are a perfectionist look away now!*
However, I think that anybody who has tried to use the inner rocker panel replacement LMC sells will know how much they suck! I did however use the one I ordered for a template to bend a much more suitable fit!
I used a 36" wide piece of 18ga sheet metal and tossed 3 90 degree bends in it to make what I feel is a much better option to work with (especially because my buddies brake is only 36" wide!

in the picture that you see my finger pointing to the measurement, I found that you could honestly get by with making that segment of the panel just one inch also.
It's close enough for me. I hope it is enough for you and saves you from spending money on a panel that won't work. Good luck!

Do you have in pics yet of the install? That's the point I'm at now. I've got the shit box store inner rockers and they aren't long enough. They also have this odd section that sticks up towards the back and would stick out in the door opening. I'm guessing these obviously get trimmed but the original didn't have anything that stuck up like that.

Sadly I didn't take any pics of the install, but that's the problem I had with the shit ones from LMC.
I had to get that extended section put in a brake and folded down too, but then you end up having a gap in between the two and the whole thing just sucks. I'd look around for local sheet metal fabricators, or buy a brake from HF.
