I know it's a jeep, but I cannot figure this out. On the pass. side floorboard of my 95 Jeep G. Cherokee w/ a 4.0L, It keeps getting wet under the floormat. The top of the floor mat stays dry but is damp underneath. The kicker is that it isn't coolant, its just water. I noticed this in some other jeeps also. Does anyone know what it could be? Water from the A/C leaking in maybe?

Well if it hasn't been raining and you have been using the AC. I would suspect the condensate hose that usually drains water off the AC coil has rotted out or has become disconnected and is leaking inside. Usually the condensate water is routed outside the cab. Look on the bottom of the AC coil box for a hose or a drain.
