inside tailgate latch this right?

So I need a new inside tailgate latch where the rods hook to release tailgate. Is this the correct part from LMC #1 in diagram

no part I would like is the part the rods hook to at the other end Kain. would hook to #22 which is a spring under the tailgate cover is a latch controller and is what I am looking for.
