Installed Eaton E-Locker switch in Ash Tray

I just installed an Auburn E locker in my cousins front 44. Hoping we get the axle back in tonight. Im eager to see how it works.

I've always wondered what the factory purpose for that flip-down section was :haha:

My trucks have always ended up with switches there, for lights, air compressor, ARB, backup camera, whatever.

I'm sure I found someone else using switches in this same location.....so can't be my idea really.

My daughter and I went up with a group to try it out and I was impressed! Very cool and could hear and feel it grabbing quite well. Although I was surrounded by 10 or 12 Jeeps....we were the only Chevy of the bunch....still great group.

It's installed in my 14SF rear axle.

Get the drive line vibe sorted?

Still a very slight vibration....very small but irritating. Flex plate looked OK, visually, but who knows.

Hard to imagine having anything with a 2.5" lift, SYE and CV driveline.
