Installing Door Glass

I had my passenger side window broken out a few nights ago, and to be cheap, just bought the glass and figured I could install it myself. Well, after the last 4 hours of frustration, I am stuck.

I can't seem to figure out how to get the wheels to get into the track on the bottom of the window. I put the track on the bottom of the window, and can get the window into the door just fine, I just cannot get the wheels that go into the track actually into the track.

Anyone have any tips? Suggestions? Any special place the window motor needs to be to make it work? I've tried everything I could come up with.

It's been a while since I've had to replace any window glass but I believe that there is an opening toward the end of the track where the roller will fit into easier. Look over the track real good and see if there is an opening. Check the end to to see if you can slide the roller in that way.
