installing windshield wipers and motors

first off, i apologize if this is not fully searched..but i am on limited time with this computer. my vehicle will not pass texas inspection without working windshield wipers and i was wondering if anyone has a walkthrough installation and advice on what wiper motor/wipers or a kit i should get.
