instrument cluster/ Help

I am redoing my dash.. The original owner butchered it. The only part I cannot seem to find is the instrument cluster case. That’s the outer light green housing with all the broken tabs.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a company that will have it?

I am guessing pre 80.
