Will the intake manifold and the throttle body off a 1989 5.7L chevy 1500 truck swap out with the one off of my k5 blazer? The blazer is a 91.

Thanks man appreciate it. Now another question. Will the wiring harness work as well?
If they're both TBI then I would say yes. I've had an 86, 87, 89, 90 so I'm going from memory. But I'm certain they'll work
This is if you're not swapping harness' and ECMs.
If you're just changing the parts the harness' should work just fine. If the sensors don't connect just swap the original units onto the "new" parts.
