Thanks

Can't help you there.ssped said:It is the factory 6.5 turbo. I am getting the manifold and turbo only.

but it was fun to drive till it went.ssped said:I think this is going to be a little creative upgrade on the truck. The more I read the less I know. gota love a challenge. The last turbo I did was on a Honda civic. we kept bowing head gaskets on the damn thing pumping 20lbs of boost in it.but it was fun to drive till it went.

you may or may not need to space it out some, i have read a couple articles of guys doing exactly what you are trying to do. the turbo does come close to the injectors but it seems to vary on how close, i would get the parts and mock it up to see, then maybe decide on how to make more room if you need it. I would see the easiest way being having a shim made to space the turbo 1/2" from the manifold, you might need slightly longer studs to bolt the turbo down, but that should give you plenty of room. I'm just not sure if you even need to worry about it.ssped said:So am I right in the research, I eigther need a couple of short injectors or space out the manifold?
