Has anyone ever heard of Interco selling their blem tires? My friend's girl friend was telling me that this guy she works with bought a set of 44" TSL's from Interco for like $500. I guess he told her that he contacted Interco directly and bought the "messed up" tires. Like the non-sellable tires. Guess he said the name, Super Swamper was messed up on the tire and there for they couldn't sell it from a dealer. If this is true, is there a way that I could contact Interco? I'm just too lazy to look them up or call information. Thanks!

Chevy good...Ford bad

Yes they do. I am running a set right now and so are a few friends.

I got my 35x15.50x15 TSL's for $125ea. which included mounting and balancing...

One of my local dealers was getting them.. Now they keep raising the prices because people keep calling them for them.

The blem part is just cosmetic. Some of the TSL labels are crooked and some are missing!

Many tire companies sell cosmettically less than perfect tires this way. I have a set of BFG MT 35" blems.

So should we go through the local dealer or through Interco themselves?

I called interco and they said that you must go through there dealer. You must have a billable account set up with them.

I would contact your local SS dealer and see if they can get blems. If you are within driving distance to Hermitage, I can see what kind of deal I can get on the ones here.

You got to be kidding me? I have to go through a dealer? How the hell do I know if a tire place is a dealer for Interco or not? This is going to drive me NUTS! Guess I can start calling around. As far as I know, there isn't anybody that carries them, but they can be special ordered.

Well mine isn't an Interco dealer, but somehow they knew what warehouse carried the blems..

I've got BFG MT blems on my truck as well. The regular price at the time was around $140 per tire. I got blems from a tire dealer in Colorado Springs for $117 each. They worked just fine.

Just ask your tire dealer if they can get blems for you. They aren't always available, but when they are, it's a great deal. With all the rock crawling in Colorado I'm not too concerned about the lettering on the side of the tire. I rip it up on the first venture off-road anyway!

Keep your eye out for BFG Semi's... There is a guy around here that drives one. He used ot be able to get custom grooved BFG's from race trucks. They were only used for one race and had 90% + tread left!!!!!
