Texas. In a van, down by the river!
I wasn't sure if I should put this in the lounge or the complete vehicles section. I figured the lounge probably gets more coverage! If it needs to be moved that cool.

I am looking for someone who is interested in assuming a lease on a 2004 Tahoe. Here are the specifics:

It is a 2004 Tahoe LS. 24,700 miles on it. Sunroof, cloth interior, 3rd row seating, tinted windows, 18” aftermarket wheels (I have the originals with only 3,000 miles on them as well). 6 disc in-dash cd changer. XM satellite radio. It is in great shape, and never been wrecked. No mechanical problems with it, and gets regular oil changes.

This is currently a leased vehicle. There are about 22 months left on the lease. Payments are $550 a month. $11,300 payoff at the end, or just turn it in with no penalty. Obviously there is plenty of mileage allowance left on the vehicle since I think the total allowance was 66,000 miles, and we are only 1/3 of the way there.

If someone wanted to assume the lease they would have to qualify for the assumption through Wells Fargo and actually take the lease under their own name. I will not sublease. If someone does assume the lease I am willing to give them $2,500 upon assumption that they can either use to lower the monthly payment, or to make the first 5 payments with. Giving someone $2500 effectively lowers the monthly payment to about $435 a month.

If you are interested please feel free to PM me. Thanks!

Is it a 4X4? How long have you had it under lease?
Thanks, Jimbo

No, unfortunately it is a 2 wheel drive. It is actually my girlfriend's truck, and she leased it new in 2004. It had about 400 miles on it when she leased it. It has always been garage kept, and obviously it doesn't get driven far each day since it only has 24,000 miles on it 4 years after she got it.

Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks.
