They didnt make a dually in the 88-98 body style until mid 89 or 90. Useless trivia of the day.

We have an 89 Reg Cab V3500 tbi350/th400/205. It's the only reg cab single wheel 89 OBS I've ever seen.

Did GM run two different styles of head lights in 89? My 89 blazer has the quad side by side lights.

I think so. The Cheyennes are like our ranch truck and the one pictured. 4 headlights must have been in the upper trim levels.
BTW I need a grille like the one pictured if anyone knows where I can egt my hands on one.
