Interesting Chalet thought

Chalets are neat but for off road camping, what you need is a Four Wheel camper. Pretty darn rare outside of Colorado. Open inside to cab, bolts on where stock top goes and sleeps two very nicely. I've been wanting one for years but always come up too far away over WAY over priced. Found one for $125 but 600 miles one way to get it was a bit much.

Another member, azblazer, had one.

Hate to admit it, but until somebody figures out a way to make Chalet camper units more easily removable and self-supporting, the aftermarket campers are significantly more practical. They are just not all that stylin'.

I would have preferred to be able to use the Blazer under my camper as a vehicle to haul large ungainly objects, but it was not to be.
