Its a 97'. Parts stores carry sh1t for them in stock at a reasonable price. You don't have to pull out the specialty catalog like you are used to

Check the dimmer switch in the column. Mine had a few wires come loose.

Yes. Its the turn signals,wipers, hazard lights, and dimmer switch all in one.
