Intermittent Wipers quit working, what to look for.

My intermittent wipers on my '84 Burb gave up for some reason the wipers work fine on low or high but won't pause. The cruise quit working in the last few months too. Think I should be looking at the stalk? I don't see a fuse that would have anything to do with it. I need some direction help please. I would really like this stuff to function.

theres a lil control box on your column. thats most likely burnt out its black with an aluminum fin heat sink. If you cant find it ill snap a pic of one i have in my garage for you. lmc truck sells em
