Thats the best name I could come up with :dunno:. These are the trucks I want to work on and fabricate parts for. Any classic chevy really. But the Squares and the 67’ to 72’ are All I care about. I would drive and own a few fords, but the ones I like are not cheap classic trucks. And I care nothing about any smog year vehicles. So this is going to be a work in progress. Keep your eyes pealed for FREE GIVE-A-WAYS in that section. It’s going to be a while but I will be giving away some cool stuff in time. :saweet:

I will be building roll cages and tube stuff here if anyone is interested in having a cage or something built.

I’m sure you’re all wondering How the Hell am I going to get Any of this accomplished considering Just How sick I am with this much devastating cancer that should have taken my life already. Yeah, well just Watch me! :saweet::saweet::saweet: :waytogo: :waytogo: :waytogo:

Machines & capabilities. Two CNC full 3 axis CNC mills. A Hardinge Precision Toolroom lathe. A YAM engine lathe that will turn a 22” diameter over the bed ways x 33” long. It will turn about a 29” diameter about 7 to 9” long with the saddle removed.

Here is the capacity of the Duel Operator iron worker. Damnit can’t post the video for some reason. Stupid computers. I will be manufacturing punching shearing custom welding tabled as well. I will build them to accept the tooling from other welding tables manufactured so I don’t have to moe Eveything. Stronghand and Blueco table tooling. Baring I’m not infringing on copyright crap.

Tables will start at 5/8 thick top plates. Looking as 6” x 30” mayby 36” x overall table length of about 6’. That would be 12 top plates touching together. I will have them modular and adjustable. So the table will go from 6’ and will grow to a larger table for larger welding projects. Options will be raw as punched plates or fully precision ground for the flattest tables possible I can possibly manufacture.

I will do custom tables too if someone wants one.

i like it..

Seriously hoping so. For as many as possible. I will be doing my own fabrication equipment. I have innovative drum ring equipment I need to machine the parts for too. Then test them. Then display them at a music expo. Let some other drummers try them. See if my idea is liked. This is an over 20 year design Idea I have never seen yet in the drumming world.

Looking for some BASIC tubular bumpers for my 78' K5. That's a smog year though. I live in Alabama at the moment (from TEXAS) so shipping would be more than the actual bumpers lol. Anyway good luck!

I have something for your lathe.
I just need to be there for the prototype then it will be easy.

FYI I am still working hard at getting the shop tooled and set up and running as most of you know. But if Anyone wants something machined up that’s quick and easy, let me know. We can discuss whatever it is. I haven’t seriously had a chance to get into the programming aspect for cnc mill work yet. I am 100% solo. Everything takes time. But Tgat too I am slowly working on retraining myself on programming. Not to mention I have to be Much more careful then usual. I’m not working with a full deck anymore. I have to be ultra careful not to get hurt. I’m not worried about it, but it IS a factor that exists I Have to NOT be or get complacent with. I will lose that battle for damn sure.

Lest thought about the name.

We have a CNC programmer helping the shop here out part time. Currently he’s running my Haas but machining shop parts. He and I have been talking. He’s got a nice Toyota Tacoma. He is very interested in programming up some cool parts together.

Can’t say when but we are going to be getting together soon to develop some part programs. First thing I want to do is CK5 stuff I had planned to do of course a long time ago. So I’m stoked about this. I want to Finally get to making some parts for you guys. I still can’t manually machine in my condition, but I can be a button pusher and change parts.

I plan on next time I post here, I have something machined some of you may be interested in.

So what do you fancy about the site emblem being replicated in a machined solid 3D machined fender badge type emblem? I can add the work member to it or just the basic CK5. Will be 6061 Aluminum. Will eventually off all kinds of color coating options. Powder coating. Anodizing. Coatings that won’t sun fade. Thinking either machined raised lettering, or pocket milled lettering with a brute epoxy paint and fill the lettering. Thoughts?

I’m Just getting going. I have a MASSIVE amount of work to get to the point of having material blanks ready for machining. I have material. I need to saw cut all the plate up. And of course my Vert. Band saw ha some damn issue. I have to do some inspection on it to see why it’s making some god awful noise when turned on. Wtf?!

Anyway, my buddy says we Need some sales. So I’m working on at least getting a prototype emblem machined up. Then I’m hoping Steve and I can recalculate up on this. And I can start making cool stuff for the Brotherhood. So I will eventually be requesting orders. My buddy says we have to have cash flow so orders.

Well then you Got to have a product to show. So I’m working on it fellas. I’ve spent my entire life saving for the shop I had. It took a hit moving, but it, nor I am dead yet. This is my last shot though I believe. Here at my buddies shop helping his business try and get off the ground too. Waiting to get together with the CNC programmer to get some things programmed up.

So my buddy is starting to struggle with business expenses too. He’s finding out just like I did, a business is Brutally difficult to start when it’s a High overhead type business like a machine shop or manufacturing facility. We have some jobs being worked, but need more. So I want to try and help pick up the slack and earn and help keep this new business open until he hits one on the huge contracts we’re actively seeking business for.

We’ve received some major certifications that allow us to do military work. Trying to turn this into something Big. I’ll gladly accept all the orders I can get when the time is right to be ready for full run production.

My buddy is powdercoating parts with literally robot precision, because we’re using one of our Fanuc robots to coat the parts. To maintain a spicific coating thickness and tolerance. Yeah we can do that. I would love to post a video but no can do. Proprietary components.

But I know you guys would hella dig it. A bad ass programmer with a multi-axis articulating jointed robot arm, can write in cursive with the damn thing. With a pencil or engraving processes. Serious programmer skills I Wish I possessed.

I've got some one year only emblems I would like reproduced. Let me know when you're interested in taking on a small job.
