Introductions & Greetings

My names Ty and my buddy and I are building a 78 6pack k30. Other than that I am here for the lively discussion that will be in our build thread

Hello fellow GM Nuts! I'm glad to be a part of the GM family. Always have been a loyal GM owner. My current ride is a 1990 GMC V1500 Jimmy. It's kind of stock, been modded and returned close to stock after being used hard. I still love the old beast though!

BTW, can I access the forums through Tapatalk?

New to the 4x4 K5 Community

Hej all from Tucson, AZ.

Proud owner of a "new" project. Getting started this month on a full-size (diesel) '83 GMC Jimmy for the ranch.

The plan is for: rebuilt axles, brakes and tires, rebuilt mill, trans and xfer case, new doghouse (minor front end damage), small lift, interior, body work and paint.

Looking forward to it.

Greetings from West LA

Greetings from West LA, West Louisiana that is. I have always wanted a K5 and stumbled across a 91 from West Texas. Went to look a 1966 C10 and came back with the Blazer. I intended to flip it at first then realized how cool it is. It is extremely clean and everything on it works. I put a set of 33's with Rally Wheels. I plan to put a 2 inch lift and a soft top this spring.. He is a pic of it and also some of my other habits..

Hello from Camp Verde Arizona!

Travis from Camp Verde Arizona here. My family has outgrown my beloved CJ5 and I have fond memories of my Blazer from high school.... That being said I have located and acquired one that should suit my needs with a little work. Strong runner with some nice modifications already done. Was a pavement pounder but that has came to an end. Will be putting on some new paint and fixing up the interior a bit. Also planing on putting some heavier bumpers and a winch on there and a roof rack. One ton axles are up for debate at the moment.

Have a good one guys!

Hey all!

Hey there everyone,

I'm Eric and I live in the East Bay in Northern California. I have an 1985 GMC Sierra Classic Jimmy i got off of craigslist from a guy who wasnt mechanically inclined so it needed some work. Ive had it for about 6 months or so and ive been on 1 small wheeling trip (slick rock near lake alpine). It was awesome and ive got the bug now! Im currently doing a 1 ton swap and ill be starting a build thread soon!

Lots-o-Chevys

I didn't know what area to post this so I thought this might be a good place where people might enjoy it. I was out in the street playing with my kid and turned and looked at my house. What I saw made me giggle. I have a few trucks. The other vehicle's are at a friends place for storage purposes.
