when doing a side by side comparo on Summit the 36x13x15" tire has a taller and wider measurement then the 37x14x15 why would anyone pay $10 more a tire just to say they have 37's:doah:

i want to know also. any one run the 37? i seen a set on a mini truck but didn't think to get a tape out.

i got the 37x14

the true diameter is like 36.898 or something super close..though all super swampers are a tad bit smaller then what they say they are..

none-the-less they are sick and i wouldn't even want the 36"s if they were bigger.

nvm, guess they make 37s in bias now.

Looking at Intercos site, I don't know why anyone would buy the 37s.

It says right on Interco's site that the tread with and diameter of the 36s is actually bigger!!! Despite the fact that the 37s are named 37x14, they are narrower tread width and smaller diameter.... Besides that the only difference is 270lbs more weight carrying capacity per tire on the 37s.

so wtf is the difference???
the size of the rim changes the height of the tire on the 4wheel parts site. something is wonky.

I'm gonna get the 36's and put them on a 9" steel rim. I know another ftoy guy just put the 37's on his and they are altleast an inch shorter then his 37 MTR's

tread depth difference? i know a guy who had the 36's on his jeep and they measured over 37" tall

overall heigth on the MTR's comparo.

my buddy has the 36's on his sammi with a 15 x 10 beadlock and when at street pressure they are over 37" tall as well.
