Is it 8 or 12 rivets in shackle hanger?

I am working on getting my old hanger off of my K5 to do an ORD shackle flip. I was reading Steve's review as well as Shawn's on off-road.com (gosh the reviews were similar). They both said there were 12 rivets to remove. I have a question, where are the other 4? All I see are 8, 4 on each side. I just really started trying to get it off tonight and it was dark, I might have missed 2 of them, but it doesn't seem like I would. Any one know where the 2 are or is this a typo? Maybe that is why the hanger wouldn't move after I grinded off the 4 rivet heads.Thanks!

There's another bracket under/behind the big one. 2 more rivets that are parallel to the ground.

Yeah, lay on your back and look on the bottom part of the frame behind the hangers. You will see a small bracket that "supports" the big hanger on the frame.
