to make a sf 14 bolt into a ff 14 bolt? i got a package of a 44 and 14 bolt off a k20 so i had to do it...i just want to have the removable axle quickness at hand...

The other way is to cut the flange off the end on the axle , and weld on a new flange for the spindles , hubs , rotors , and backing plate .

then get custom axles made . What a waste of cash .

14bsf axles are pretty thick , have more splines than a ff stock , and have pretty beefy bearings . 10 bucks says you don't break one that often if at all .

if it was a deal run it.
You can also add disc brakes to it, that way the axles can't walk out if they do break a c clip.

i thought it was pretty good..the rear needed new brake cylinders but thta wasn't bad..

it was stock from and rear from a k20, so everything matched up..i got tires/wheels, leaves still on it, brakes, steering box, pitman/drag link. everything. i swapped the fluid and stuff and cleaned it up, not bad condition at all..plan to sell the wheels/tires/steering box/leaves/sway bar and etc.

$500 and i got everything.

and the sf is strong? i mean, i'd like to get to a 60 in a few years, being 16 ain't the best at times, but im glad i got away from 6 lugs.
