Is my Burb stock height?

Either someone popped 2500 badges on or worse (and most likely), someone stole the 3/4 ton axles (better ratios and bigger brakes) and swapped in 1/2 tons. They are a direct bolt in swap between 1/2 and 3/4 tons.

How is it worse? It really isn't any different. They are the same axles that would have been under it if had been a 3/4 ton. A 10 bolt front and a 14bsf rear.

Not if someone swapped 1/2 ton axles under it or is originally a 1/2 ton. Then it would have 10b front and rear. The 3/4 tons had 10b front and 14bsf rear. His truck has 6 lugs which makes me think someone swapped 1/2 tons under there or is a 1/2 with 2500 badges or swapped doors. 3/4 tons didn't have 6 lugs.

The 10b rear is a toothpick compared to the 14bsf rear. 10b fronts aren't bad really, up to 35" tires. But those 10b rears are useless under a big heavy burb and anything more than 33s.

If you have a 14bsf rear than you have a pretty decent axle. Even being a semi floater the axle shaft size itself is huge.

In that case, it's really not much different than a 3/4 ton of that year axle wise. What transmission does it have? TH400 or TH700R4?

Then my guess is it was a half ton and someone grenaded the 10 bolt.
