pulled the pan to change the atf. there is like a bit of sand in the pan.

also, where is the drain on the block? didnt see a thing

I dont think there is a drain, usually there is a little material in the pan from the clutches wearing, but its normal wear and tear. if there is actually sand in it Id say that it had a rough tour of duty at some point.

its like sand. so it could be the clutches? i thought there was a drain. crap, not sure what to do then. the po filled the radiator with water for some reason. want it out before its gets cold.

There are drain plugs on each side of the block, hex/allen head plugs. Just under the spark plugs I do believe, I know I can see both of mine from looking in from the fender.
