I have both I will check this week end.
One thing, the suburban seat doesn't bolt in on the front, it has hooks in the floor but just like the rear setup, you can retrofit the front pockets.
I will compare the rear setups to see if they are the same
Apparently the seats are physically the same dimensions, but the mounting brackets are different. You might have to source the hinges or find donor floor pockets from a Suburban. The Blazer seats normally bolts in the front off two hinges under the seat, so it folds forward. A kickstand bolted to the PS wheelwell holds it in place. The Suburban seats use sliders and latches to be easily removable.
