Is there any interest in these any more?

Is there any one still buying the old warn brush guard/winch mounts? I never see them anymore but can't find a buyer for mine.
Does anyone know what they are worth?
(this is not a sale thread)

Yes, some people still want them.

Why not make this a for sale thread, and get it moved to the for sale section?

Do you already have a post there? i haven't seen it.

Also, check the wanted section. someone on here was looking for one.

I'd buy that in a second. I nearly bought a whole truck to get one then my wife talked sense into me.

I have contemplated that several times to get parts i want! :haha:

I don't contemplate, I just buy them. Hence having four Suburbans, five K5s, three pickups, and one crew cab in my yard currently. It's an addiction......

Oh Boo Hoo.........:D

I have a freaking MOTOR HOME in my back yard, with a low mileage Dodge 440 in it, and I can't find any takers.

And whats worse, its not even mine!!!

My cousin Baitfish2 got it in lieu of salary, used it at our hunting camp one year.
It developed a roof leak, so we threw a tarp over it until we could find and fix it.
After hunting season, he drove it to my farm, parked it in the back, and there it has been for about 3 years.

Its not really in my way, but when I asked him about it, he said I could do whatever I wanted with it.

I could get it hauled off for scrap, but something deep in my soul just refuses to let that big engine, heavy duty tranny and dually rear end go to the crusher.

So, it sits............

We scrapped out a motorhome with a 440 and a 727 last year. It weighed up better with the engine and tranny in it.

Have that exact bumper on mine.....I might sell it but it's welded on  anyone want to buy one welded to a stock chrome bumper? It's super sweet

Add it to the list of hacks on my truck

My first place when I moved out of my parents' house was an old '76 motorhome with a 440/727. It would move the old camper down the road with no problem. Sounded pretty good too.

I would rock that bumper, I have been trying to find a nice winch bumper and some sliders for my Burb.

Does that bumper only mount to the 4 bolts in the center of the bumper? Is that adequate for a winch? Just curious because I have been trying to come up with an easy solution for mounting a winch on my truck in the future and I think the mounting plate for that bumper would be easy to replicate.

I know a guy here in Bako that is looking for one of those.

Get serious about selling it and if you are willing to disassemble it then I bet the offers will surprise you.

I have one of those old Warn mount/brush guards. It's actually meant for a 70's van (same bumper, different bolt location) but somebody has added brackets to it so it works on a truck too. I'll use it someday.
