a friend of a friend has a dana 60 and a 14 bolt full float from an 84 one ton truck, it is complete even has springs, it looks like they just unbolted the springs and took it out everything is there front and back, he wants 800 and the gears are 4.10, also will this be an easy swap in my 1980 k5?

Sounds like a decent price for everything. Make sure you take into account the condition of the brakes, seals, bearings, kingpins, etc... Replacement for any of these items will drive your total cost up after initial purchase. Always try to negotiate the best deal you can.

Front should bolt right in.

Rear spring perches will need to be cut off and moved (or outright replaced with new ones) on the axle tubes for the proper width of the K5.

im prolly going to buy them, i have the stock axles, whats a good price for them? i will try to get some parts money out of em

Sold mine on CL for $200 in one day. Not everyone is a wheeler. Some people just want a matching working set of axles. Take a decent pic and put them up there, they will sell.

i was actually trying to buy a dana 60 and 14 bolt ff for that price treeman587, turns out that my local junk yard has them as sets already removed from the trucks for a little cheapergonna pick up both axles for 700....
