Is this a good deal???

It's an 80's style Chevrolet C30 with the full 4 door and long bed. It has the 14bff rear and the Dana 60 front. It has a pretty radical 454 with a holley double pumper on it. The transmission is the Turbo 400 and the transfer case is the NP 205. It has 16 inchs of total lift and sits on brand new 49 inch iroks.(Still have the tits on the tread)The wheels and Bart wheels. The body is straight. Some surface rust but nothing that couldn't be sanded. The interior is in decent condition too. He wants $4,500 for it. What do you all think? Thanks.
