i want somemthing that i can drive around and maybe do a little towing

i emailed the owner about the a/c, cruise, oil leak, and a few other things. this was his reply
"The turbo system is a Banks. As for the oil leak I think it is coming from some oil cooling lines that go to the radiator. The cruise hasn't worked from the day I got it. I believe there is a module under the dash that needs to be replaced. I really don't know for sure. I use the truck very little so it just hasn't been an issue for me. I suspect the ac just needs charging"
does this seem like a good deal? what else do i need to ask and what should i look for if i go take a look at it
