Is this a good winch ??

I just scored this Warn 9500 Ti .
Found it on a local classified site
2yrs old and the guy said it only had 2 pulls on it , pulled a couple logs to cut for firewood at the huntin' camp he said
Powdercoat is peeling off in a couple spots, but I guess I can live with
it .

In and of it's self, it's an excellent winch.

But it looks beat up. Does it work? Ever submerged in water?

If it was free, then definitely yes.

If you paid $2000.00 as is, then you got screwed. You see what I mean?
