Toyota used an angled three color stripe scheme ( colors varied nowadays ) back in their Ivan Stewart Baja 500 Racing days - looks like this might be a combo of nastalgia looks but it does have Toyota heritage.
Were those sold through Yota dealers or just an aftermarket outfitter ?

I looked at getting one a long time ago, and planned to put a more modern v6 in it so it could move its self.
Also don’t forget April 1st is just hours away now.
Those things were everywhere in the 80's. People evidently expected much less of their vehicles back then.

I guess with the power of today's engines, that isn't an issue anymore? I wasn't sure if I was looking at a plastic Revell Model kit or a real thing though...
