33x12.50-15 = 33" Diameter 12.50" wide

285/75/15 = 15"+ {[(285x.75) / 2.54] = 8.4"x 2 sidewalls = 16.8"} 31.8" Diameter tires
285 / 2.54 = 11.2" wide

315/75/15 = 15"+ {[(315x.75) / 2.54] = 9.3"x 2 sidewalls = 18.6"} 33.5" diameter tires
315 / 2.54 = 12.4" wide

310/75/15 = 15"+ {[(310x.75) / 2.54] = 9.1"x 2 sidewalls = 18.2"} 33.2" diameter tires
310 / 2.54 = 12.2" wide

315/70/15 = 15"+ {[(315x.70) / 2.54] = 9.1"x 2 sidewalls = 18.2"} 33.2" diameter tires
315 / 2.54 = 12.4" wide

315/70-15 (if they make this size) looks like the metric tire that would be the closest to 33x12.50-15.

The metric tire sizes you are looking for don't exist. They are good for a 16" or 17" rim but not a 15".
