Is this an ARB?

Hi guys,
I have an old, 14 bolt semi floater axle I bought mostly for the gears.
But I suspect it has an ARB-locker as well.
It has plumbing, but I can't identify the carrier.

I'm planning on selling it and my 2500, but I would like to know, if it is an ARB or not first.
I don't see any markings on it,
The drums are rusted stuck, so I can't rotate it, but there might be markings on the other side...

Maybe someone here can identify it just by looking at the pics?

That could be an awesome score if seller just thought it was an old frozen run of the mill 14bsf.

I'm thinking of applying some pressure to the hose, and hear if I can hear something move inside it...
But I'm afraid to blow the gaskets...
How much pressure are these designed for?

I found a manual for it now, and the exploded view looks just like mine,
and a stock open carrier is a one piece unit, so I'd say it's an ARB.
Haven't had the time to pressurize it yet though...
