I don't think it matters on the older ones.
if the lug holes have opposing conical seats its a ford wheel. chevy has a smooth wheel mount surface and uses a lug centric ring to bolt em down.
and ford had little pin hole in lug face for index pin on hub of axle.
and the offset holes for the coment made on the lugs that was also a old dodge thing to.
and the newer fords run ithink 10 small holes instead of the slot windows.
and there is some diffrence in back spacing and center hole that centers the rim on the axle hub .
so best to test fit before install of tires or you might be screwed.
