Is this normal?

Follow the fuel tubing that comes up from the pump and into the carb right on the front. Where it attaches, you can take off the fitting that holds the tubing on then you can take out another bigger fitting that screws into the carb. A spring and filter should come out. Its easy, just need a couple wrenches.

okay I didn't have time to change it today, it was getting dark out. I will do it tomorow.
But I did look for the spot...I feel dumb for asking where it is...it says filter is capital letters where I;m guessing the filter goes into.
Thanks for the help, I will change that and see how it is tomorrow!

okay I changed it and it got worse... I;ll start a new thread so more peope can help so I get it done quicker today....
